Merlin O’Brecht is a Behavioral Scientist, educator, and Dean of Academic Affairs at NCI University, the world’s leading institution in applied behavioral science founded by Chase Hughes.

Recognized as one of the foremost instructors in behavior profiling and communication, Merlin is the only individual personally authorized by Chase Hughes to teach NCI live events globally. He holds every certification offered by NCI University, including the prestigious Red Belt and NCI-4 Author designations.
